Steps for POSB/DBS ATM fund transfer:
- Insert ATM card
- Select language (applicable to DBS/POSB ATM cards with language selection option)
- Select “Cashcard & More Services”
- Select “Fund Transfer / Fixed Deposit”
- Select the bank account that you are transfering from: DBS or POSB Savings A/C (Depending on your account type)
- Select the bank account that you are transfering to: “POSB Savings A/C”
- Select transfer fund to “Another Account”
- Enter Cuddles Account No. “245-43221-6”
- Select “If Correct”
- Enter Amount for your order
- Select “If Correct”
- Select Confirm the requested transfer
- Remove ATM card and receipt

Payments by Credit Card for both Local and International Orders are accepted.
We accept VISA & MasterCard payments. Your Credit Card details will be collected and handled on a secure server maintained by WorldPay, one of the world's largest payment processing companies.
Credit Card payment for order below S$19.90 will not be accepted.
Your card statement will not show Cuddles.com.sg - It will show KTO Trading.

Local Delivery
All order will be send by our in house courier man.
Delivery will be at a Flat Rate of $10. You will save the hassle of carrying it yourself from malls.
Our friendly In house Courier man will deliver it to your doorstep at the timing specified by you.
In the event that we are unable to accommodate to your prefer timing, our operator will liaise with you to make arrangement of new delivery timing.
